CSE Pharma-Flow Pressure Gauges can be identified by a "2P", "3P", "4P" or "5P" in the first two letters of the part number. The above prices are a flat rate regardless of what is wrong. However, if the instrument's fitting or body are missing or severely damaged, then it is beyond repair. The gauge sent in will be the gauge that is returned; we do not repair by replacement. You will not be receiving someone else's damaged instrument that has been repaired. CSE does not require RMA's. Simply return the item to us with a Purchase Order in the box. Shipments received without a Purchase Order in the box will be refused. All repairs must be through a CSE authorized distributor. Repairs generally take about one week.

Clean and Re-Fill Case with Glycerin

Recalibration with or without certifications can only be completed on an instrument that has not been damaged and is functioning properly. If the gauge is found to be damaged or not functioning for any reason, it must first be repaired, at which time it will automatically be recalibrated. Re-Certification after repair, if requested, is for an additional charge.

Re-filling the case can only be performed on a gauge that has not been damaged. Prior to re-filling, the case will be thoroughly cleaned and then filled with 99.7% USP Glycerin.
