CSE Sani-Flow Digital Thermometers can be identified by a "DT" in the first two letters of the part number. The above prices are a flat rate regardless of what is wrong. However, if the instrument's body or electronics are missing or severely damaged, then it is beyond repair. The item sent in will be the item that is returned; we do not repair by replacement. You will not be receiving someone else's damaged instrument that has been repaired. CSE does not require RMA's. Simply return the item to us with a Purchase Order in the box. Shipments received without a Purchase Order in the box will be refused. All repairs must be through a CSE authorized distributor. Repairs generally take about one week.

Recalibration with or without certifications can only be completed on an instrument that has not been damaged and is functioning properly. If the thermometer is found to be damaged or not functioning for any reason, it must first be repaired, at which time it will be automatically be recalibrated. Re-Certification after repair, if requested, is for an additional charge.
